WAGE GARNISHMENTS

In its attempt to collect past due taxes, the Internal Revenue Service will levy a taxpayer's wages or if you are a business, the IRS will levy a client that owes money to that business. When the IRS levies a taxpayer's wages, the taxpayer's employer is required to pay those wages over to the IRS or the employer will become personally liable for any monies given to the taxpayer subsequent to the levy.

Should your wages be levied or if your are a business and the IRS has levied a business client who owes money to your business, and you want to know your rights regarding its release, please contact me for a free consultation. e-mail me at helptax@nauticom.net or contact me at (412)364-6990 or (724)612-2993.
